Any dispute between a school who uses the online software and a parent of a student studying in that school should be settled with the school directly. Online School Data Management will never refund any school fee paid through their website. The school that is using the software is responsible and liable for their own Refund Policy. The school will be the only one acting on their own Refund Policy.

3.5. Transaction Fees

  • In some cases, additional transaction fees may apply, depending on the payment method selected. These fees will be indicated during the payment process.
